Innovation Call from Maxion Wheels: Smart HSE Technologies!

Maxion Wheels, through İnci Holding’s open innovation platform, İnci Radar, invites technology developers and startups to collaborate in developing smart HSE solutions that improve safety and operational continuity in production and warehouse environments.

With this call, we aim to co-develop innovative, real-time solutions that prevent forklift-related collisions, automate emergency muster processes, and elevate safety awareness through next-generation training technologies.

Specific Problem/Need/Opportunity Area

Forklift traffic in production and warehouse areas is one of the key factors affecting employee safety. Limited visibility, blind spots, and intersecting pedestrian–forklift routes significantly increase collision and near-miss risks.

In emergency situations, manual headcounts at muster points can lead to time loss, human error, and communication complexity, especially in high-pressure scenarios where accuracy and speed are critical.

Traditional HSE training methods may also remain insufficient in terms of hands-on practice and retention. For this reason, smart systems supported by technologies such as AI, computer vision, sensor-based tracking, automated warning mechanisms, and AR/VR or simulation-based training are increasingly needed on the floor.

As İnci Radar & Maxion Wheels, we are seeking technologies for real-time forklift–pedestrian monitoring and collision avoidance, distance-based warning/slow-down scenarios, automatic employee identification and headcount at muster points, and data dashboards that track key metrics such as near-miss incidents and response times—ideally with integration capability across existing systems.
