The 22nd TÜSİAD Corporate Entrepreneurship Meeting Took Place in İzmir

The 22nd edition of the TÜSİAD Corporate Entrepreneurship Meetings was held in İzmir. At the event, İnci Holding shared its corporate–startup collaboration approach and the successful initiatives carried out through its open innovation platform, İnci Radar.

During the panel titled “Leadership in Corporations Transformed by Entrepreneurship and Innovation,” our Board Member Şelale Zaim highlighted the transformative impact of entrepreneurship on corporate culture and its reflections on leadership approaches.

Our Lead Consultant of Entrepreneurship Programs, Ayşe Şen, presented the ongoing open innovation practices at İnci Holding, explaining how startups are supported and showcasing tangible outcomes achieved through these collaborations.

In addition, as part of İnci Holding’s contribution to the entrepreneurship ecosystem through the İnci Radar platform, Ezgi Eylül Hasvatan Gavas, Founder and CEO of Apollo, and Uğur İdgü, Maintenance Manager at Maxion Jantaş, shared their experiences from internal entrepreneurship processes with the participants.
