Maxion Wheels, through İnci Holding’s open innovation platform, İnci Radar, invites technology developers and startups to collaborate in developing advanced defect detection solutions to ensure the highest quality standards in wheel production.

With this call, we aim to explore innovative technologies that enable real-time detection and prevention of visual, structural, and dimensional defects across our casting, welding, and measurement processes.

Early detection of quality defects in the wheel production process is critical to production efficiency and product safety.

Traditional inspection methods can be time-consuming, prone to human error, and limited in scope.

For this reason, smart systems supported by technologies such as artificial intelligence, image processing, and sensor systems are needed on production lines.

As Maxion Wheels, we are seeking to develop technologies for early scrap detection, automated analysis of surface defects, monitoring of weld imperfections, and prevention of dimensional deviations.
