İnci Radar is calling all innovators!

İnci Radar, open innovation channel of İnci Holding, in collaboration with İnci GS Yuasa, Türkiye’s leading battery manufacturer, has launched a new innovation call under the title “Heat Management Technologies.”

Subtitle: Climate Control with Heat Insulation and Energy Efficiency in Production Environments and Melting Pots

Specific problem/need/opportunity area

The intense heat generated from melting pots and machinery in production environments, especially during the summer months, adversely affects the health and well-being of employees. Due to the unchangeable elements of the processes, this heat must be mitigated through various means. While external heat can be blocked with insulation, the heat generated within the production environment

cannot yet be controlled. Innovative solutions are being sought to dissipate, absorb, or repurpose this heat, making the environment more comfortable for employees.

Energy consumption in the melting pots used in production is a significant contributor to unit costs. Efficient production must be achieved without compromising production parameters and the time and quality of working conditions for our employees. Therefore, innovative solutions that improve energy

efficiency in melting pots and simultaneously enhance the comfort of our employees are sought.

Expectations from the Technology Supplier:

• Solutions like heat-absorbing materials, cooling technologies, heat recovery systems, efficient combustion systems, heating systems with alternative energy sources, heating technologies in melting furnaces, circulation systems, effective insulation solutions, HVAC systems, filtering technologies, automatic heat control and optimization systems.

• The solution should increase the comfort and protect the health of employees by reducing the ambient temperature.

• The solution should ensure energy efficiency and sustainability.

• The solution should be integrable and applicable to existing systems.

• Cost-effective solutions are preferred.

📢 Startups interested in participating in this call are invited to submit their applications through the official website https://inciradar.com/
