Climate Control with Heat Insulation and Energy Efficiency in Production Environments and Melting Pots

Specific problem/need/opportunity area

The intense heat generated from melting pots and machinery in production environments, especially during the summer months, adversely affects the health and well-being of employees. Due to the unchangeable elements of the processes, this heat must be mitigated through various means. While external heat can be blocked with insulation, the heat generated within the production environment cannot yet be controlled. Innovative solutions are being sought to dissipate, absorb, or repurpose this heat, making the environment more comfortable for employees.

Energy consumption in the melting pots used in production is a significant contributor to unit costs. Efficient production must be achieved without compromising production parameters and the time and quality of working

conditions for our employees. Therefore, innovative solutions that improve energy efficiency in melting pots and simultaneously enhance the comfort of our employees are sought.
